About Us

The Group

Ulixe is positioned as a strategic technology partner, operating across both public and private sectors with a focus on innovation, cybersecurity, and advanced digitalization. With a global outlook and clearly defined ambitions, the Group is committed to expanding into European and American markets, establishing itself as a key player in the information technology landscape.

In 2024, the Ulixe Group recorded consolidated revenues of approximately €20 million, and is already on track to reach €32 million in 2025, thanks to a major industrial and corporate restructuring program that has laid the foundation for more solid and efficient growth. The Group represents the evolution of a merger and enhancement project that began with Ulixe Italy, now the Italian holding company, and is now an integrated technology platform in constant expansion.

The development strategy is based on two main lines: on the one hand, organic internal growth driven by investments in innovation, skills, and new technological verticals; on the other hand, an external growth plan, still underway, which involves the gradual entry of synergistic companies with high added value. The closing of transactions involving strategically selected targets is already planned for 2025, bringing distinctive capabilities, strengthening the Group’s presence in core markets, and contributing significantly to revenue and margin growth.
